Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, genuinely. It's a 30-minute conversation to understand your situation and whether I can help. If I don't think AI is the right answer for your situation, I'll tell you that in the call — there is no obligation to engage further.
Do you work with clients outside the Carolinas?
Yes. Most of my services are delivered remotely and work well via video call. I am based in Monroe, NC but serve clients nationwide. In-person engagements in the Carolinas are also available.
Do you work with individual people, or just organizations?
Both. I work with individuals who want to learn AI tools for personal or professional use, small businesses, nonprofits, faith communities, and larger organizations. The engagement style adapts to your size and situation.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is different, and I don't publish a rate card because cookie-cutter pricing produces cookie-cutter work. The discovery call is free. After that, I'll give you an honest assessment of scope and cost before any commitment is made.
I know nothing about AI. Is that okay?
Absolutely — that's often where the most valuable work happens. You don't need any prior AI knowledge to benefit from consulting. My job is to meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
